We develop communication strategies and resources to support extension programs. Sometimes we are just asked to create and deliver an awareness program, other times we work closely with the extension team to create resources and integrate communication and extension activities.While farmers are often a key target audiences, our communication strategies address a wide range of stakeholders including investors, collaborators, policy makers, influencers such consultants and advisors and internal audiences. We aim to embed communication into the culture of the organisation, encouraging everyone on the team to have a responsibility for communication and providing the resources to enable, clear, consistent messages.
